1. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from AWEstores.com, you can contact us for return authorization for damaged items. If you want to return your item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping charges and can be returned to the address below. When we receive your item we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product, send you a replacement or exchange your product for a different product. Please note you will be charged for reshipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us, insurance is recommended. If you return the item after 30 days, we will only issue store credit.

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.

If you return the item yourself, we will only refund the amount of regular shipping. We will not refund any type of express shipping. This only applies to damaged items.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to custom rings - please see the question below "Can I return my custom made ring?" for information on returning a ring.

NOTE: We will not accept items that have been removed from the manufacturer's packaging or that have been used in an inappropriate manner. We also will not accept them for return if the UPC label has been removed. Please see Can I return my custom made ring? for ring returns.

Any returned bedding needs to come to the return address.


All fabric sales are final!! We will not accept fabric returned.

2. Do you ship outside the US?
We ship anywhere in the world that the Fed Ex will go. Just add the items you're interested in purchasing into your cart, click checkout and the website will automatically estimate your shipping cost- whether your are here in the US or anywhere else in the world!

3. Will I have to pay import tax?
We are required by law to attach a customs form to all packages going outside the USA. You may be charged an import or brokerage fee by your government in order to receive your package. Please check with you local post office if you have questions about the import laws of your country before you place an order. If you refuse a package due to import tax and it is returned to us we will refund your total order amount except for the shipping amount. We will have to pay to have the item(s) shipped back to us.

4. Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes - our prices are in US dollars!

5. How do you ship?
Shipping times only apply to the delivery time and does not include the processing time before it is shipped. We offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Select, and Ground for domestic orders. International orders are given options based on their location. Delivery times depend on the option you choose.

Military rings customers - rings are shipped from the jeweler as soon as they are completed. International customers for military rings, we will only ship them outside the US via Fed Ex.

6. How long will it take my order to arrive?
When you place your order with AWEstores.com, your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue to be processed. We process orders 24-48 business hours. Monday through Thursday orders are processed next day. Orders received Friday will process the following business day. -Exception for items marked otherwise on description page- Note: During the holidays, increased volume may cause an additional processing delay. We will work hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Military rings customers- the rings take 4-6 weeks to be customized and crafted. The rings that are not personalized are crafted as they are ordered and therefore require the same time allowance. You will be charged for the ring once it is ordered to prevent further delay in shipment form the jeweler.

For bedding customers- the bedding ships form an alternate warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment to be processed.

7. How much is shipping?
If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place an order all you have to do is -

1. Add the product(s) to your cart
2. Press the checkout button

This will generate a shipping quote but will not place an order. If you would like to place the order simply continue the checkout process. If you decide not place an order simply press the "Back" button on your browser.

8. What if the product is on Short-Term Backorder?
This means we do not currently have this product in our inventory but we expect to have it back in stock in 2-8 weeks. We will charge your card when the order is placed, and ship as soon as it comes back in stock. You may cancel your order at any time by writing us at cancel@awestores.com. (NOTE FOR PAYPAL ORDERS: If you sent us money via Paypal we will need to keep your money for backordered items.br>
Please note if you do not cancel your back order before it is shipped, and it is returned after shipping, we will not refund the shipping charges. This does not apply to custom rings.

9. What if the product is on Long-Term Backorder?
This means we do not currently have this product in our inventory but we expect to have it back in stock in 2-6 months. We will not charge your card when the order is placed, we will charge your card when the item is ready to ship as soon as it comes back in stock. You may cancel your order at any time by writing us at cancel@awestores.com. (NOTE FOR PAYPAL ORDERS: If you sent us money via Paypal we will need to keep your money for backordered items because Paypal does not allow us to charge you once the item comes back into stock.)

Please note if you do not cancel your back order before it is shipped, and it is returned after shipping, we will not refund the shipping charges. This does not apply to custom rings.

10. What if my package hasn't arrived?
It has been our experience that any number of things could delay your package, especially if your package is traveling internationally. We ask that if you are in the US you wait 4 weeks from the date we ship your package for it to arrive. If you are outside the US we ask that you wait 6 weeks from the date we send your package for it to arrive. If you have waited this period and your package has not arrived - please check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package for any reason. If your post office does not have your package then contact us at customerservice@awestores.com and let us know.

11. Do you have a catalog?
The inventory we have is constantly changing and adding new items. Due to this, our inventory changes too often to keep up with an printed catalog. The catalog we have is found on the website.

12. Do you accept Money Orders?
Yes we do accept International Money Orders in US Dollars.

Simply add the items you're interested in purchasing into your shopping cart on-line. Click "Checkout" button then print the "What's in my cart" page. Click on checkout again and print the "Payment Method" page. To get the total due - add the cost of the items together along with the cost of shipping (found on Payment Method Screen). Put the print outs as well as your Money Order for the total amount in an envelope and mail it to:

13. What is PayPal?

14. Can I buy wholesale from AWEstores.com?
Unfortunately we no longer offer wholesale orders.

15. Can I return my custom made ring?
In general all customized rings are not returnable or refundable. Please see individual description page of each ring for any exceptions. If you should order an incorrect ring size, we do offer resizing for $60.00. This includes return shipping to the jeweler and returning it back to you. Please return the ring along with the original invoice , the size that you need and your return shipping address. We suggest that you ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit to us. When we receive the ring, we will charge your card the $60.00 resize fee. 16. My item is on backorder but it did not say
AWEstores.com strives to keep the status of our items as up to date as possible but sometimes items go on backorder before we can put a notice on that product's page. You can cancel your order or item at any time (before it is delivered) by e-mailing us at cancel@awestores.com.

17. Was my package sent with a tracking number?
All packages being shipping inside the United States are shipped with a tracking number. The United States Postal Service does not give us the ability to put tracking numbers on International Packages so those parcels do not have tracking numbers. International orders shipped via Fed Ex do receive tracking numbers.

18. Why are random items appearing in my cart? Why can't I remove items from my cart?
Occasionally we've had customers report they are having difficulty removing items from their shopping cart - this happens due to a computer error. First of all try this link to empty your cart.If it doesn't help, you should do the following:
  1. Log out.
  2. Clean all the cookies in the browser.

19. What is your privacy and security policy?
Privacy: The confidentiality of your account information is very important to us. AWEstores.com never sells or gives out account information about our customers to any organization. The information that you are required to give when setting up an account is only used to help us better serve you.

Security: Your credit card information is secure with us. When you send your credit card number to us it is through 128 bit encryption over a secure server connection. Buying from AWEstores.com is always safe and secure.

20. How does the Wish List work?
When you're looking at an item and it's something you'd like to buy, but not quite yet, you can simply click on the "Add to the Wish List" button at the bottom of the item description page instead of clicking on "Add to Cart". The website will automatically build your Wish List of items you'd like to have some day. Your Wish List will be there every time you log into your account.

Once you have items in your Wish List - you can e-mail it to anyone you want, to as many people you want, as often as you want! Or you can print it out and mail it to someone who is wondering what to get you for your birthday or for Christmas!

When you're ready to purchase an item saved in your Wish List - simply click on the "Move to Cart" button on the Wish List view screen and the item will be moved to your shopping cart and you can then checkout.

21. Can I return my fabric purchase?
All sales are final on all fabric purchases!

22. Can I cancel my Order?
Once your order is processing, your order can not be canceled. Once it is shipped, if you return it, we will not refund the shipping cost. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your country applies after shipping, we will also not refund. .

23. Military Rings
Military rings take 4-6 weeks to be crafted and completed. Including non personalized rings. They are all hand crafted, made to order. The wording for the lines of personalizing on the high school style rings can only be 9 characters (including spaces) and woman's Venus ring can only have 1 line of 9 characters. Due to heavy personalizing, we can not take ring orders via phone. That is to insure your information is correct and that there are no misspelling.
