Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Shipping times only apply to the delivery time and does not include the processing time before it is shipped. We offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Select, and Ground for domestic orders. International orders are given options based on their location. Delivery times depend on the option you choose. If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place an order all you have to do is -
1. Add the product(s) to your cart
2. Press the checkout button
This will generate a shipping quote but will not place an order. If you would like to place the order simply continue the checkout process. If you decide not place an order simply press the "Back" button on your browser.
Processing Time: When you place your order with AWEstores.com, your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue to be processed. We process orders24-48 business hours. Monday through Thursday orders are processed next day. Orders received Friday will process the following business day. There is an exception for items marked otherwise on individual description pages.
Note: During the holidays, increased volume may cause an additional processing delay. We will work very hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from AWEstores.com, you can contact us for return authorization for damaged items. If you want to return your item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping charges and can be returned to the address below. When we receive your item we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product, send you a replacement or exchange your product for a different product. Please note you will be charged for reshipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us, insurance is recommended. If you return the item as damaged or not satisfied after 30 days, we will issue store credit.
If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
If your item is damaged in anyway when you receive it= please contact us to arrange for return authorization. If you return the item yourself, we will only refund the amount of regular shipping. We will not refund any type of express shipping. This only applies to damaged items.
Note: We will not accept items that have been removed from the manufacturer’s packaging or that have been used in an inappropriate manner. We also will not accept them for return in the UPC Label has been removed.
